Increasing cost pressure and tighter schedules demand new, integrated solution approaches in mold and die making.

At our System Solutions Live Event, we show how we develop holistically coordinated manufacturing solutions using our Production50 method to sustainably improve efficiency, process reliability, and overall cost‑effectiveness.

The focus is on the interaction of machining strategy, cutting tools, machine technology, and peripheral systems—considered as one integrated system rather than isolated process steps.

Together with our partners Röders GmbH and MHT GmbH Merz & Haag, we present practical solutions for demanding applications, including:

System ejector hole drilling
Hard milling
Flat-Grinding vs. Face-Milling
Rib milling
Cooling channel drilling
MHT Medium distributor: air-cooling and lubrication technology

Using a real workpiece assembly, we demonstrate how system solutions are implemented in practice and which benefits they deliver across the entire manufacturing process.
