What you can expect
Once you have submitted your application, we will review your documents and talk to the responsible division. We will then give you feedback as soon as possible, which usually takes around 14 days. This can take a little longer depending on the circumstances of the case (e.g. during holiday periods or due to business trips). Whatever the case, we will review your application for deployment in all conceivable areas. For you, this means that you do not need to apply for several positions. We always remember that there is not just one position for applicants in our company, but several – regardless of whether the jobs have already been advertised or not. If you have already conducted a first interview with us and still have some outstanding questions, we will be happy to clarify these for you. In this way, you should be able to get a clear picture of the respective position and the team.
What we expect
We are also curious about you. In order to correctly pinpoint your talents, it is of course important that you first send us a comprehensive application. This should include a curriculum vitae along with your letter detailing your salary expectations and dates of termination. If you apply for a technical position at Moldino, we naturally need to know what kinds of molds and workpieces you have milled and which machines and CAD/CAM programs you feel confident with. If we then invite you for an interview, one thing is vital: be yourself. Apart from your technical qualifications, it is just as important for us to get to know your human side. At the end of the day, we are looking for personalities who fit in with us and the respective team, have fun in their work and who we can build upon in the medium-term or, even better, in the long-term.
What awaits you
If we invite you to an interview, you have already taken the first step. The second is to convince us of your capabilities in person. You will have several opportunities to do so, because we basically conduct several interviews, regardless of the position to be filled. At the end of the day, a number of people from different areas want to get to know you. These will almost certainly include an interview at our headquarters in Hilden. Possibly because of the long distance, this first looks like a great deal of effort, although it is a huge chance. You also get to know our headquarters, where you will spend some time in the induction process if we recruit you. If feasible, we also try to conduct interviews with you in your region or contact you in detail by telephone well in advance.
